Product

Digital stamp cards with a serious loyalty ledger behind them.

perkpass. gives independent merchants counter speed, customer privacy and reliable reward accounting in one coherent web product.

Core workflow

From qualifying purchase to reward entitlement.

The product is shaped around real shop-floor journeys: issuing stamps quickly, unlocking rewards clearly and keeping a dependable record when questions come up later.

Stamp types

Merchants define qualifying purchases, such as coffee or lunch. A staff member selects the right stamp type before confirming the customer email.

Loyalty programmes

Programmes connect a stamp type, threshold and reward. Multiple active programmes can listen to the same stamp type.

Reward entitlements

Crossing a threshold unlocks a reward. Redemption is a separate staff-confirmed action using a secure reference.

Terminal mode

Focused screens for staff, not a full admin account on the counter.

The terminal experience supports the actions staff need in store: issue stamps, validate rewards, redeem rewards and recover from realistic mistakes through authorised reversals.

Privacy at the point of sale

Counter responses should show merchant-specific progress and newly unlocked rewards only. A shared screen must not expose a customer's activity at other merchants.

Analytics

Metrics based on events, not guesswork.

perkpass. avoids claiming causal revenue from loyalty events alone. Reporting should use explicit definitions merchants can understand.

Merchant dashboard metrics

  • Loyalty visits and stamp events issued.
  • Unique, new and returning loyalty customers.
  • Rewards unlocked, redeemed and reversed.
  • Programme-level activity by date range.

Commercially cautious estimates

If a merchant configures an average qualifying transaction value, the product may show estimated tracked sales. The calculation should be visible and labelled as an estimate.

Business operations

Built around the work merchants do every day.

perkpass. focuses on the moments that affect the customer relationship: rewarding repeat visits, preventing duplicate awards, making rewards easy to redeem and giving owners a trustworthy record.
