The service
perkpass. provides web-based loyalty tools for independent merchants. Merchants can create locations, stamp types and loyalty programmes, issue stamps, unlock reward entitlements, redeem reward codes, view analytics, manage corrections and review audit history.
Merchant accounts and authorised use
- You must provide accurate business, account and billing information.
- You are responsible for keeping merchant account access secure and for actions taken by authorised users or staff using your merchant workspace.
- Counter or terminal use should be limited to staff who are allowed to issue stamps and redeem rewards for your business.
- You must not use perkpass. to access another merchant's records or to test, guess or misuse reward codes.
Subscriptions and billing
The merchant subscription is £15.99 per month unless a different plan is agreed in writing. Stripe handles checkout, payment methods, invoices, billing portal access and payment status. You authorise recurring subscription billing when you start the plan.
If payment fails, your account keeps full service during a 28-day grace period. If payment is recovered during that period, service returns to active. If payment remains unpaid after 28 days, stamp issuing and reward redemption are suspended until billing is resolved. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
Loyalty programmes and merchant promises
- You are responsible for the wording, eligibility and fulfilment of your loyalty programmes and rewards.
- Programme terms should be clear enough for customers and staff to understand at the counter.
- Once a programme is active and customers have progress, material terms should not be changed in a way that makes historical progress misleading.
- Retired programmes stop receiving new progress, but existing history and available rewards are preserved according to the programme terms.
Stamps, rewards and corrections
Staff confirmation is required before stamps are awarded or rewards are redeemed. Stamps, reward entitlements, redemptions and reversals are recorded for auditability. Corrections should be used only to fix genuine mistakes, such as an accidental stamp or accidental redemption.
Customer data and communications
You must only submit a customer's email address where the customer has provided it for loyalty participation or where you otherwise have a valid basis to do so. Transactional stamp, reward, redemption and correction emails are service communications. perkpass. must not be used to send unsolicited marketing through loyalty emails.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but internet services can be interrupted. We may update the service to improve security, reliability, billing, compliance or product functionality. If a change materially affects paid merchant use, we will try to provide reasonable notice where practical.

The customer service
perkpass. lets you collect stamps and rewards from participating merchants using your email address. You do not need to download an app or create an account to earn loyalty progress. A customer account gives you one place to see verified loyalty history, available rewards and reward codes.
Using your email address
- Use an email address you control when collecting stamps or creating a customer account.
- Your email address is required for perkpass. to record loyalty activity, send stamp confirmations, send reward codes, confirm redemptions, confirm corrections and support account-security actions.
- We may ask you to verify email ownership before showing existing loyalty history in the customer portal.
- You are responsible for keeping your account sign-in details secure.
Service emails and marketing
By using perkpass. to collect stamps or manage rewards, you understand that we will send service emails needed to provide the loyalty service. These include emails about stamps, rewards, reward codes, redemptions, corrections, account verification, password resets and security-relevant account changes.
These service emails are not marketing. We do not currently send customer marketing emails. If we introduce marketing emails in future, we will ask for separate permission where required and provide a clear way to opt out.
Stamps and rewards
Each merchant sets its own loyalty programme wording, qualifying purchases, thresholds and rewards. Stamps are awarded only after merchant staff confirm a qualifying purchase. Reaching a programme threshold unlocks a reward entitlement; it does not automatically redeem it.
Reward codes
- Available rewards use secure, single-use reward codes.
- You must present the reward code to the relevant merchant for validation and redemption.
- Already redeemed, expired, reversed or invalid codes cannot be used again.
- Reward codes are tied to the merchant that issued the reward and cannot be transferred to another merchant.
Merchant participation
If a merchant stops participating, cancels its subscription or is suspended, you may not be able to earn new stamps or redeem rewards with that merchant while the service is inactive. Your existing loyalty history remains saved in perkpass. where it is legitimate to retain it.
Corrections
Merchants can make authorised corrections when a stamp or redemption was recorded by mistake. Corrections are recorded rather than silently deleting history, so account balances and reward history remain explainable.
Fair use
You must not try to guess reward codes, access another person's rewards, misuse another person's email address, interfere with the service or use perkpass. fraudulently. We may restrict access where needed to protect customers, merchants or the service.
Support
For account or reward support, email support@perkpass.tech. For questions about a specific reward's fulfilment in store, the participating merchant may also need to help.
